Our Story
At Outdoor Kitchen Design Center, we help Homeowners, Homebuilders, and Designers create their dream kitchens with best cabinetry. Cabinetry that is designed to be not only weatherproof, but professional engineered and professionally assembled. Our team of expert designers will work closely with our customers to ensure their vision becomes a reality.
2023
Our team worked with the founders of Werever outdoor products to develop a specialize line of cabinetry for the demanding Florida environment. Our many years of kitchen design, coupled with our son Ryan's engineering background made Werever's cabinetry the number one choice for outdoor kitchens across America. Ryan's mother Jan was instrumental in forming Outdoor Kitchen Design Center in 2017 and opening our Naples showroom. This move to Naples allowed us the opportunity to serve the South West Florida communities.
Beginning in 2005
Ryan Hedges came to Florida to help get his family program and design the premium cabinetry with the Werever in Tampa.
He has provided many services to Homeowners, Homebuilder and Designers, until 2019 when Jan and Shorty retired to Missouri, and Ryan carried on with the business until early 2023 when he became paralyzed and could not continue managing operation.
He continues to recover and is in physical therapy in Jacksonville Florida .
Jan and Shorty unretired and returned to Naples to support Ryan and operations with Outdoor Kitchen Design Center.
